Eltrogen is the Preparation of Eltrombopag Olamine, an oral thrombopoietin receptor agonist. It is indicated for thrombocytopenia in conditions such as immune thrombocytopenia and selected marrow failure settings and works by stimulating platelet production through thrombopoietin receptor activation.
